Concord Scientific, Inc., an S-Corporation located in Concord, Massachusetts, is a company focused on government professional services (e.g., cost, engineering and technical services). Our mission is to provide our customers the highest quality of support services possible with professionalism and integrity. The founder of the firm, Fred Harrington, is a veteran with over 30 years of industry and military experience.
The firm currently specializes in providing program management and financial analysis services to the Air Force and has near term plans to provide professional and engineering services to our clients. We currently use state-of-the-art estimating and analysis tools as an integral part of our overall strategy, providing the best possible support services to the Air Force.
Our near term objectives are to continue in the specialized cost services are at Hanscom Air Force Base, and ultimately expand through the other Department of Defense program offices. We are a subcontractor to Odyssey Systems under the Professional Acquisition Support Services (PASS) support contract.
One goal is to provide continued high quality cost, financial and professional services on time and within budget, while always keeping hte customer's needs in focus. To ensure high quality professionalism, we pursue regular and annual training, and fill their requirements with qualified employees.
Concord Scientific Incorporated (CSI) is proud to support Electronics System Center and the related Geographically Separated Units in the area of professional services. We are a small business that has plans to grow, both in expertise and size in the future. Our efforts are currently with the Air Force DCGS program, and include program management, support to cost estimates, what-if-analysis, proposal analysis, risk analysis, financial analysis of earned value management, acquisition program baselines, life cycle cost estimates, trade-off analysis, and many other budgetary "supporting type" estimates.
